Welcome to my home. It's a 3 Bedroom, 1 3/4 Bath house with a 1 Bedroom, 3/4 Bath Guest House. I purchased the home in October 1992 from the father of Mike Fisher, of Tucson's industrial band Machines of Loving Grace. Mike and band member Brad Kemp lived here and they recorded their first self-titled album in this house. I'd like to say it's paid for, but HomeSide Lending, my mortgage company, might argue with that. My home was recently appraised for 46% above my original purchase price, so I'm happy.
